ABOUT

US

The Pine View UNICEF Club aims to raise awareness of the rights of children & provide humanitarian & developmental assistance to children & mothers in developing countries. We intend to educate the community on the issues it combats and to support the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund.

UNICEF High School Clubs, like the Pine View UNICEF Club, partner with the U.S. Fund for UNICEF to educate, advocate, and fundraise—work that is vital to UNICEF’s ability to save children in 190 countries and territories around the globe.

In these three categories, we work to help children in dynamic ways.

Education | we work to educate people on our campus and in our community about UNICEF’s lifesaving work. We incorporate local volunteering into their educational activities. Our members have the opportunity to attend one of our volunteer virtual orientations to hear a UNICEF 101 presentation.

Advocacy | we participate in educational advocacy which includes activities that raise awareness about child survival issues through channels like social media.

Fundraising |  we hold fundraisers on campus and in the community to support this cause. Donations are submitted online and through mail year-round!
